A brief history on this project... the owner walked into our shop one day and told us he wanted to soup up his Cadi --- we said "NO PROBLEM - what do you have in mind ?" He told us he wanted to do something like what Jay Leno had done in his Toronado -- big motor with lots of power -- he wanted a 572 crate motor installed. This was a 2003 Cadillac DeVille - front wheel drive powered by the original NorthStar 32 valve V-8 with a DTS upgrade when it arrived at our shop and, well, the rest is Hot Rod Cadi history. If you are in Kansas City, you will likely see this car out and about - the owner drives it almost every day ! To our knowledge, this is the one and only 2003 Cadillac DeVille powered by a 572 big block, backed by a 700R Transmission pushing 620+ HP and with rear wheel drive --- smoking the tires all over town !
